First off I want to thank everyone who respondes to my questions, your honest opinions are appreciated. what procedures would you recommend if I was your patient to straighten my nose and accomplish greater distance between my neck and chin as well as better balance in the lower part of my face?

Answer: Best result Thank you for the photos and clearly you would benefit from a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. After an examination I might be better able to deteermine whether I would recommend liposuction to your submental area or a neck lift though probably the former.

Answer: Small chin Without an in-person exam, the exact surgery can't be determined. If your bite is off, then you may need to have your jaw bone moved forward. If your bite is good, then a chin implant and a submentoplasty would improve the angle. Seek out a board-certified Facial Plastic Surgeon. Best wishes
