What kind of procedure/procedures do you recommend to create more distance between neck and chin? (photo)

First off I want to thank everyone who respondes to my questions, your honest opinions are appreciated. what procedures would you recommend if I was your patient to straighten my nose and accomplish greater distance between my neck and chin as well as better balance in the lower part of my face?

The best result will probably be obtained by chin augmentation and neck lift to improve the angle.Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds 
of chin implants, neck lifts, and facial procedures each year.  Then look at the 
plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a

The rhinoplasty procedure would involve shaving down the hump and de-projecting the nose.   A chin implant can be inserted at the same time through a sub mental approach to give more projection to the chin area. Chin implants are manufactured in  a variety of sizes and shapes which is best determined at the time of consultation. Sub mental liposuction below the chin area would help accentuate the results of the chin implant.

Unfortunately, without seeing your entire face and neck in a picture, it is difficult to give advice.  However, the side view suggest that you may have a small chin, such that either a chin implant or bony genioplasty would be helpful.  Perhaps consider sending in a full photo.

Thank you for the photos and clearly you would benefit from a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. After an examination I might be better able to deteermine whether I would recommend liposuction to your submental area or a neck lift though probably the former.

Without an in-person exam, the exact surgery can't be determined.  If your bite is off, then you may need to have your jaw bone moved forward.  If your bite is good, then a chin implant and a submentoplasty would improve the angle. Seek out a board-certified Facial Plastic Surgeon.   Best wishes

Dear ysnow2012, From the photographs attached it appears that you would best benefit from a chin augmentation and possible liposuction of the submental area "the area under the chin and also neck."  The reason I state possible submental liposuction is because an examination would need to be done to palpate the area and see if this would be helpful. During consultation a digital imaging computer would show you the proposed surgical outcome of these procedures.
