Why does it look like this? Also do I have Tyndall? (Photo)

I had my tear trough done almost 4+ months ago. Initially it looked great, no discolouration and the troughs were gone. I had cheek filler along with tear trough filler. As time has passed I’ve developed sort of of a lumpy appearance in one eye in certain angles. I also have a strong green hue coming through which I’m struggling to cover with makeup. I look like I have a black eye sometimes. Hard to capture on pictures but I’ve tried my best. Any idea what has caused this after many months?
