Why is my chin painful and red 6 months after getting filler? (Photo)

Hi, I had 1 ml of juverderm about 6 months ago and had an uncomplicated procedure. But now nearly 6 months later the one side of my chin has gotten painful (like a line of sharp pain) and generally my chin feels uncomfortable, slightly stinging, sharp pains and its red. At first i thought it was nerve pains so i massaged the area and certain points on the right side of the chin hurt to press into. What could this be?
