Can I get lip filler if I have an unexplained bruise on the inside of my lips (which is getting bigger)? (Photos)

, can i still get lip fillers for the first time in 4 days? hi ! so i was planning on getting 1ml of filler just to smooth out the look of my lips, but i have this really weird bruising(?) on the inside of my lip? the only thing that i can think of that would have caused trauma to that area is kissing? but even then, it’s gone from two tiny spots to this massive thing on about 70% of my lip? i can’t get through to the practitioner at the moment so i just thought i’d ask here, is this a bigger cause for concern? should i wait until it’s healed??

Hi there, thank you for your question and photograph. It is hard to see in your photograph if your filler has migrated, however, filler typically lasts about 12 months. Since it's beyond 12 months now, most if not all of the product has more than likely been metabolized and needs to be refilled....
