Thank you for posting your question here !My answer will be based on the limited information and pictures provided , for a more detailed and bespoke plan please consult with your surgeon in person .It is hard to address your question accurately without knowing exactly what was done in your surgery, if your surgeon used absorbable sutures during your canthopexy then the sutures will likely relax with time , but even if your surgeon used permanent sutures I wouldn't stress , a canthopexy can be revised , I would encourage you to discuss the situation with your surgeon so that they can come up with a plan that will work for you.I hope this helps, best of luck!
