6 months post op - Eyes too small after lower bleph - can this be fixed? (Photos)

Asked By:SMSCO in Denver, Colorado

I had a lower bleph with fat transfer over 6 months ago. Both eyes appear smaller/beady but the right slightly smaller and the lower lid is tight. Also a gap in outer corner. Can this be fixed? Doc suggests canthopexy.
