Is it normal to feel depressed after a vertical sleeve gastrectomy?

Im feeling regretful i feel like a piece of me is missing im mad at myself i feel like i put myself through unnecessary pain i was doing good i lost over 50 pounds 6months before my gsv im on day 6 of recovery and im not doing so good the pain , the sips, the gas pains why did i do this to myself i hate looking myself in the mirror i feel like a sale out
