I recently had Kenalog injections on my face to treat Alopecia Barbae. I am noticing some hair growing back, but more than that, I'm also noticing some small pits, or dents. I am very concerned if these are going to be permanen. Will they go away?

Low level laser technically can help slow down loss. It does promote blood flow to the scalp. Some patients will see the thickening of existing hair. However it does not block DHT so long term there are very minimal results.
