Are Kenalog Injections Effects Permanent?

Small pits or dents may be permanent with kenalog injections.  It generally means too much of the medication was used.  It may actually get worse and change in color (whiter/ more pale).

Steroids work wonders in many conditions, but on occasion and especially with prolonged use, can cause atrophy of the dermis under the skin. This causes dents or pits in the skin which may be permanent.
