Is there any way of raising my other eyelid too even them out? (Photo)

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. Hi and thanks for the question! It appears you have a relative ptosis of the left eyelid. This can be improved temporarily with medication- called Upneeq. Great question! This type of surgery is known as ptosis correction. Ptosis surgery, performed by an experienced surgeon, is intended to obtain symmetrical results, however, when performed one side, may lead the other side to shift position due to a neurological reflex. Revision ptosis surgery may need to be performed on both sides (versus one side, although this too may be an option) to obtain the best control of symmetry. The way to decide this decision is to have a detailed in person examination with a surgeon to assess your eyelid position at rest and during movement.
