Hello. In Hairtransplantation we plant the hair in the normal direction. The main hairs grow after 8-12 months and their direction becomes clear.Best regards Team Op.Dr.Sibel Atalay International Clinic
Hello, I will be happy to answer your question. The angle and direction of the transplanted hair, are important factors that affect the natural appearance of the result. The angle of transplanted hair should be similar with your natural hair. Ideally it is between 30-45 degree angles. After hair transplant you will have scubs on your transplanted area. And after you finished 10 days post-op hair wash procedure your scabs would be gone. 10-15 days, after your hair transplant, when you look carefully you can be able to understand the direction and angle of your transplanted hair. However, keep in mind that new hair will grow after the 3rd month after hair transplantation and the result of the process will be completed after 12 months. If you need further comment you may also share your photos.Prof. Dr. Şule Güngör
Hair Line design after Hair Transplant is very important aspect of good Aesthetic results. While doing Hair Transplantation following things should be kept in mind. 1. The Hair in front should be at acute angle of 15° to 20° .2. The front Hair Line should be Single follicle3.It should be zig zag irregular hair line with micro and macro irregularities.4. The direction of the follicle in front should be natural and designed keeping the hair style in mind5. A proper Temporal triangle should be designed where needed6. The density in front two rows should be 20 grafts per sq. cm7. After this is Definite Hair Zone with High density of 40 to 50 per sq cm.8.We can design front line into Well shape or Round shape according to face type.
Because the angle of growth will not be changing, it is very important for the hair transplant surgeon to pay proper attention to these details before the surgery.Transplanted curly or wavy hair does not grow with the angle and direction of the implanted follicle; instead, it grows according to its own curl after the hair shaft exits the skin.It takes 7-10 days for your transplanted grafts to take root in the balding areas. Every follicular unit needs to stay in place without any interference to prevent any damage to the grafts and ensure optimal, permanent results.Once your results are fully complete and have reached the "permanent growth" stage; it will be possible to train your hair through care and time to have it rest in your desired way, so long as there's enough length to support it.
Hello and thank you for your question! Scab formation after a hair transplant varies and doesn’t indicate success or failure. Factors like the number of grafts, individual healing rates, skin type, and post-op care affect scabbing. Scabs usually fall off within 7-14 days, and excessive s...
What you’re experiencing sounds like a combination of reactive shedding and follicular cycling adjustment after irregular minoxidil use — and it’s actually quite common around this stage. Here’s what likely happened: When you stopped and restarted minoxidil inconsistently, your follicl...
Thank you for your question, as per my opinion unfortunately your first hair transplant operation did not leave you with the results we would expect and hope for. You having Covid-19 during this time should not have effects on the hair transplant results, this just seems to be a poor operation....
