Am I a good candidate for a lip lift to correct tooth show and line under nose when smiling?

I am planning a revision Rhinoplasty and I'm considering a lip lift with the procedure. I do not have a long philtrum but my tooth show is minimal. I would also like to address the line under my nose when I smile that appeared after my initial rhinoplasty. Can this be done or is this procedure
