Red discoloration above top lip that hasn’t gone away in over 8 months post injection (Photos)

I mistakenly allowed another injector besides my plastic surgeon (albeit came with stellar reviews) to inject lip filler and developed red discoloration of the skinabove my top lip that has not gone away in 8 months since getting injected. I got 1 syringe (1/2 top, 1/2 bottom) of Restalyn Defyn where she used an insulin needle to make almost 20 different insertion points in my top lip alone. I developed this red line and noticed 1 week post injection. It hasn’t gone away. Help!
