I would recommend tightening the lower portion of the breast . Your implants have bottomed out which makes your nipples look too high

Yes, excess skin can be removed from under the breasts so that the bottom side is not so heavy and tighten the inferior pockets and the nipples fall back into their normal place You have bottomed out some. Please discuss this with your surgeon.
