I got a breast lift and implant about two years ago. My areolas kept popping out of bras, bikinis, etc. they were very high, my scar was also healing not so beautifully so I went to the same place to get them fixed, my scar is healing better than the first time but my areolas still seem high. I can’t seem to wear deep cuts or regular bras without my nipples poking out, can it still be corrected the 3rd time?

Answer: Recommend having the mammary fold brought higher to correct placement.
That areola could be raised with a scar at its upper edge if desired. However, your asymmetry is minimal, and I doubt anyone else would notice or even comment. I would suggest leaving it alone unless this really bothers you. You also could lose some nipple sensation.
There is nothing wrong with you. However, the nipples can be trimmed down if you wish. This is done in the office under local, also if you wish. Please go visit with a plastic surgeon.
