I have a deep blackhead on my right cheek closer to the nose...it feels like a big bump under the skin and from distance it looks like a normal blackhead...

Thank you for your question. While Accutane will work to clear up blackheads during the course of treatment, it is prescribed primarily for patients with persistent cystic acne. It is hard to tell from your photo, but a topical treatment, like a salicylic acid, might be better to exfoliate your skin and remove the blackhead. I recommend consulting with a board-certified dermatologist to discuss your options.
