Hello, I recently had dental teeth preparation done for getting veneers, and I'm feeling a bit concerned about the amount of enamel that was removed. I've attached the before and after photos of the preparation to this post. I must admit that I'm a bit anxious about whether too much enamel was taken off during the process. If you could take a look at the photos and share your thoughts, I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your help and valuable input.

Hi. I also think they look a little bit long, which I suggest exchanging them in case they are porcelain veneers or shaving down the edges to shorter them if they are composite veneers.

If the restoration is separated from the tooth, it may be possible to reuse it, but not if it is broken. If it is possible to remove and reapply the restoration without damage, this is the ideal scenario. Otherwise, the restoration may need to be redone.
