Pitosis or Uneven Double Eyelid? (Photo)

It has been bothering me for the longest time that my left eye behaves weirdly. Sometimes it looks smaller than the right eye, in a not aesthetic way. I am trying to figure out whether my eyelids are drooping or is the eye smaller because of my uneven double eyelid. Also, sometimes when I talk, the left eye would contract/twitch slightly, causing it to involuntarily blink even when my right eye isn’t blinking. I don’t know if this is pitosis, is my left eye losing its muscle or what?
