Morpheus 8 continual gridding - advice? (photos)

I am 6 weeks post Morpheus 8 and I still have raised and red grid marks. I have been back to the providers office twice and they told me to apply a topical steroid cream and a hylauronic acid after the steroid cream. I stopped the steroid cream 3 days ago because it was causing terrible breakouts, which I now have horrible red/ brown discoloration from massive pimples. I am at a loss. They have said these grid marks and redness should have resolved in 2 weeks.
