Hello, I had a mole surgically removed on my cheeck 5 months ago. The scar is still quite red, but appears flat visually. When I touch it, though, I can feel some hardness around it and particularly a small lump on the upper part right next to the incision (it doesn't hurt). What could it be? Will it go away on its own eventually or will I have to do something about it? Thank you.
