Hi there I am 33,and had a barbed thread lift 3months ago. I developed a huge haematoma in my right cheek and infection. After multiple courses of ABs & steroids I am left with a 2cm lump of fibrosed scar tissue from nasolabial fold to outer cheek. It is notably puffy, aches at times and is tight to smile. An USS has confirmed it is scar tissue. As I don’t want kenlog or surgical intervention, what may I do help reduce the internal scarring? I have heard some sort of USS to help? Thanks
