Do the dents stay after silicone injections removal or they can possibly fill up?

My protocol for this procedure is a open, surgical removal followed by a reconstructive procedure. So any indents or fat loss can be corrected during that reconstructive phase.

The answer to these questions all depends. Sometimes, these dents go away, and sometimes these dents do not. It depends on what is causing the dents. Is it scar tissue creating the dent, or is it the presence of a mass next to it that makes it more visible? It also depends on the surgical technique used to remove the silicone injections. Silicone injections can be removed with the closed or open technique. The closed technique to remove silicone injections from the buttock includes utilizing ultra-sound, VASER, and specialized liposuction cannulas. Usually, either the open or closed technique gets rid of the dents. If not, the dents can usually be eliminated with a BBL. All these factors influence whether these dents will stay or can fill up after silicone injection removal.
