1 week 2 days post-op. Normal or concerning? (Photo)

I am 1 week 2 days post op. I sent my surgeon an email with pics a couple days ago (out of town patient) he noticed the discoloration before I left and has had me putting on neosporin on my nipple. I just want to make sure my nipple will be ok. It looks like I’m still bruised but I’m not, the stuff I use to clean the area is a dark orange and turns my skin yellow when cleaning.
