I had a facelift from a Kansas City surgeon (Philip Gutek) 5 years ago, who left the sides of my face lower than before, so it was pulling downward hard. In a revision he did a year later, he pulled vertically upward some (but not enough), and pulled the neck too hard horizontally. I have tried stretching with heat, but there is not much neck muscle left. Could a professional massage therapist work deeper to loosen my neck more?
