Endermologie for lumps after traditional lipo 3 years ago, will is help or is it too late? (photos)

Question

I had lipo over 3 years ago now in my flanks and thighs. It left me with worsened cellulite, which I was warned about beforehand, and a few uneven lumps that never went away. Will lipomassage help remove these bulges by stimulating my lymphatic drainage or would that process have already occurred naturally at this point? I've been doing at home massage a few times a week the last few months and it seems to be helping already, so I'm hopeful that this could do even better.

Thanks for your photos. Standard liposuction has been known to make cellulite worse because of changes in the relationship between skin laxity and the underlying fat compartments. There is some hope with use of newer modalities to tighten the skin and redistribute the fat volume.  Endermologie can be useful in the recovery phase after a sculpting procedure, but after three years, this modality will be limited in producing satisfactory results.

Cellulite is a tough customer.  Cellulaze (performed by an expert), EndyMed Shaper (RF and Massage), Vellashape (RF and Massage), Inmode Forma Plus (RF and Massage), (Comination of Red Light (Omnilux 630nm diode light, laser tightening (Fotona SP Dynamis Piano Mode) and massage Zwave (Zimmer) are devices that have made a difference in my hands. Endermology alone give only temporary improvement.
