Does face yoga cause permanent malar bags?

Does face yoga cause malar bags? Recently I started doing face yoga for under eye dark circles and right after I started the routine my eyes started swelling and a few days later I had malar bags. Can it be related? Its not genetic and I dont think its sun exposure or aging either because I am still young. This has really affected my daily activities.
