I had two babies via c section , lower vertical ) im 110 pound in okay shape with not to much skin excess, how can I get rid of my scar or at lease minimize it , also with the second c section I think I develope a little bit of keloid , I do not want to get a tummy tuck, what are my other options please help ..

The bulge that you see around the C-section scar may be excess fat that can be removed with some liposuction and surgical subcision of your scar. Laser resurfacing may also help scar texture. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

this needs a formal consultation but this can typically get better with subcision to break the scar and fillers to lift it. sometimes fractional laser or fractional radiofrequency will help as well, but again a formal consultation would be best.  Find a cosmetic dermatologist with experience in lasers and scarring.  Best, Dr. Emer.
