Without a picture, it is really hard to tell what kind of treatment will work best for your scars. Most scars required a combination of treatment options to maximize the result. Microdermabration, micro-needling, and CO2 laser are all surface treatment options that rejuvenate the skin and stimulate collagen production. The best way to reliably reduce the look of chicken pox scars is with the above methods. I suggest you see a specialist for this treatment. Baking soda, it will not work.
