Can i get brow lift/blepharoplasty after an eyebrow transplant?

Hello, i have read from a few suregons on this site that one should consider doing eyebrow transplant after doing a browlift/blepharoplasty. My question is, does it really matter what i do first? I’m planning to do an eyebrow transplant in january, and then consider doing the rest in late 2024. I have hard that an Upper B doesn’t effect eyebrows at all, thats why i wonder if its better to consider doing that after an eyebrow transplant, instead of an brow lift.

I agree that you should do the blepharoplasty and brow lift before the eyebrow transplant. In that way, not only does the scar heal better for the brow lift if you are considering a trichophytic brow lift and then doing the Follicular unit transfer from the back of the scalp where scarring will be less visible and there will be less skin available to close the wound after the first surgery. But also after the bleph/browlift, the surgeon will have a better idea of where to place the transplants which is more controllable, then placing the grafts before having the brow lift.

The best answer is whatever the surgeon feels about not touching the recently transplanted eyebrows, but in theory shouldn’t affect, if you have the eyebrow transplant would be better just to wait a few weeks just in case that area won’t be touched by accident during other procedures
