It is unlikely that you would be able to cause damage to your implants with blunt force trauma once you have fully healed from surgery. So jumping into the water from 30 ft should be safe for the implants. If you don't hurt yourself, you won't harm the implants.
There is no problem jumping off a rock into water with breast implants. It's nearly impossible to do them harm by blunt trauma. Make sure there are no rocks below.

Saline implants are safe in water sports. Many of my patients scuba dive which can place a great deal of pressure on the implants. Be careful with any water activity.
Once you have healed, performing dives in a pool or a lake should be ok, but there is no guarantee. That is a big drop, and you could never get me to do it!
