Based on what you are describing, it seems like the Botox was either overdone or misplaced. Unfortunately, Botox is not reversible. I am afraid you will just have to await the Botox wearing off. When it does, you should go back to where you were before the injection. Your picture really does not show the muscle dynamics. The usual reason that people can't smile after Botox is that the zygomaticus muscle (the one from the cheek bone to the mouth that sits under the orbicularis, the usual target and the one that just goes around the eye) was injected. This is why the injector must have excellent knowledge of the anatomy. I would discuss this with your injector. If you are not satisfied, see someone else next time.
