It looks like you may have an infection that can get worse. I suggest you see a physician who can handle it quickly.

Its hard to say from the photos, but you are likely to have an infection.The management you have outlined is deeply worrying. You need to have the filler dissolved ASAP. Modern techniques for filler dissolving do not involve injection directly into the filler. If your doctor is unwilling or unable to dissolve this you need to find someone that can as soon as possible.

Firstly I have not seen this in 15 years of practice and I don't use Teosyal, but given the timing of your symptoms and the appearance in the photos I suspect you have an infection. If so this needs to be treated vigorously with antibiotics (you say you are on these now). I strongly suggest you keep in regular contact with your physician. Hopefully things will settle fine on the antibiotics, but if not you may have to have the product dissolved to help things improve.As you say if it were an allergic reaction (extremely rare) it would affect everywhere that was treated.
