Severe immune response to hyaluronic acid fillers? Allergic response? They say it's not possible? 10 days post op. (photos)

10 days after fillers - Ultra Deep by Teoxane my face went like this. 5 days now. I have Graves Disease (autoimmune). I am taking antibiotics, anti-histermine (5th day) and cortisol (2nd day) but no change. Dermatologist has no idea why... and doesn´t want to inject dissolver as the lump is really big and hard under my eye so she can´t even locate where she put the filler. If it is an immune response then why only one place? The bottom of my face is full of liquid. I am really worried.
