Saw a nurse at a location i trust and she said we should start with 10 per side. She also said my masseters feel really strong when they are clenched. Should i bump up the units a bit (to like 15?)or just trust that it’ll only take the 10? I’ve heard 15 is the standard minimum.

My recommendation would be fractional laser followed by a hydroquinone to lighten the skin. Your "bulging" is minimal in my opinion but I do think that you could benefit from skin tightening as well as some lightening of the skin.
