If liposuction is the best option is general anesthesia preferred or is there MDs that do chin/jowl Lipo in his/her office. I am assuming in office Lipo with local anesthesia is less expensive then going under general anesthesia. I am wondering if I added a filler to my checks if that would give my face enough of a lift to reduce jowls and give a more sculpted jaw line. I am open to hearing any ideas on what can make my face look less tired and aging. TIA

My recommendation would be fractional laser followed by a hydroquinone to lighten the skin. Your "bulging" is minimal in my opinion but I do think that you could benefit from skin tightening as well as some lightening of the skin.
