I believe i have genetic nasolabials, i am 22 and have them. And my sisters and mother have them too. Or i heard injection lipolysis on the cheeks and snové the gold may smooth them out? I have these creases combined with undereye creases which i also dont feel they are hollow under eyes or eyebags as they look perfectly alright from the side. But the creases are very visible from the front. What should I do?

From the photos, the lines you’re seeing under the eyes and along the nasolabial area look more like natural structural creases rather than true volume loss. This pattern is common in younger patients with thinner skin, and it can appear stronger from the front even if the profile looks normal.
In cases like yours, aggressive treatments such as fat grafting or under-eye fat repositioning are usually not recommended because they can easily look heavy or unnatural. A more conservative approach&mdash;such as very small amounts of filler for structural support in the piriform area, or light skin-quality treatments for the under-eye crease&mdash;tends to give the most natural improvement.
These treatments do not erase the line completely, but they can soften the transition without changing your facial character. An in-person evaluation would help determine which minimal option fits your anatomy best.
