I would like to know more about the different rhinoplasty techniques and what it means for success of procedure/recovery. What is preservation rhinoplasty (I heard the recovery is faster and no breaking of bones)? What is the difference between structural or excisional rhinoplasty? When are grafts put, just for tip or? Is it possible to have preservation and grafts at the same time? How doctors decide when to use tampons and when its not necessary? Thank you
