I’ve had a large 10mm chin implant placed but it is still not what I consider ideal. It is still short vertically. Would sliding genioplasty achieve this much projection as I want and what is the maximum advancement possible both vertically and horizontally.

Your chin and jawline seem very good and I see not benefits to its change. It appears that the nose is the out of balance feature with having too much projection and a downward tilt to the tip. Computer imaging would show the value of rhinoplasty in improving your profile.
