I had overly aggressive Smartlipo done on my thighs 6 years ago by an inexperienced doctor who was NOT a plastic surgeon. One of my biggest regrets! Since then, I've had liposuction revision and unsuccessful fat grafting. I don't have much extra fat for further grafting. For the past 3 years I've had repeated injections of Sculptra, but it doesn't create enough volume. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
