Should I get a chemical peel to help with redness and hyperpigmentation on cheeks? (photos)

SFSorrow1968
I’ve already got microneedling done that improved my scars, and I just got fillers about a week ago. Although the scars have filled in and improved, I have really bad redness and hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. The hyperpigmentation might’ve been from microneedling and redness is probably from injections. I’m currently using retin A and timolol maleate 0.5% to help with these issues. Would chemical peels be the best treatment option, or maybe laser (fillers tho)? Any feedback is appreciated!
