Is jaw surgery worth it for this issue? Mouth Breather. Can't close lips. How to improve the look of vertical grown face?(Photo)

Excuse my grammar. My mouth is always open (orange peel chin/worse after braces) & it seems I have a bit of long face syndrome (people say I resemble lady gaga). I have large teeth, a small jaw, & a 3mm class II. I Always feel tension. Orthodontists Now tell me much can't be done for my TMJ with braces & my case is too complex because my lower jaw is a bit smaller than my upper. It seems ridiculious getting something like lefort 1 done for a 3mm overbite but I can't think of anything else.Ideas?
