Excuse my grammar. My mouth is always open (orange peel chin/worse after braces) & it seems I have a bit of long face syndrome (people say I resemble lady gaga). I have large teeth, a small jaw, & a 3mm class II. I Always feel tension. Orthodontists Now tell me much can't be done for my TMJ with braces & my case is too complex because my lower jaw is a bit smaller than my upper. It seems ridiculious getting something like lefort 1 done for a 3mm overbite but I can't think of anything else.Ideas?

With ageing comes volume loss. Dermal fillers is a safe option without the surgical risk, but it is temporary and needs repeating. Implants is an option but you will need to discuss the risk and surgery with an experienced facial surgeon.
