This was well worth it. To be able to take years off of my appearance was worth every penny to me. I would not even hesitate to do it again after going through the experience and knowing the outcome. There was some discomfort for a few days, but I slept most of the time the first few days after the procedure. I look so much better. Dr. Shalit specializes in faces which is what I wanted. The results show his expertise.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schalit for almost 5 years. Dr. Schalit is a highly skilled facial plastic surgeon and expert provider of Allergen products. Today I had my annual Juvederm facial fillers and was very pleased with all aspects of my appointment including less than a 5 minute wait time!! I can always count on Dr. Schalit to help me with great results because of his skill, integrity, and personality.

Dr. Schalit and his staff are so dedicated and caring. I had wanted to have these procedures for several years and could not have been more pleased with the results.From the free consultation with Dr.Schalit to the pre op visit with Sylvia whom was very thorough and all the staff were amazing. Dr. Schalit is an incredibly competent and gifted facial plastic surgeon. He took the time to educate me with respect to the correct and most advanced procedures in plastic surgery to get the results I wanted. I felt absolute confidence in his abilities and vast knowledge. Dr. Schalit and his entire staff are friendly, empathetic and personable. They instill a sense of comfort that everything is being done to help you through this journey. That alone is amazing considering this is a very busy and highly efficient practice.
Dr. Schalit's assistant Sylvia Mann, RN made sure I had all the information I needed and was even available by text after my surgery. I was astonished how quickly she would get back to me with a text or phone call.
I am so happy I put my trust in Dr. Schalit and his team. I had my face and necklift surgery just three weeks ago and I am already amazed at the results. I actually have my jawline back and look pretty much the same just very rested. There still remains some of the usual swelling and bruising at this early stage but has nearly disappeared and the scars are completely fading. I am beyond grateful for being recommended to Dr. Schalit and his team.

Mini Face Lift + Neck Lift
Dr. Schalit and his team are top notch. The entire process before, during and after my procedure went without a hitch, no surprises. 
I've been self conscious about my aging face for well over 10 years now. If you are reading this, you probably are as well. I've done botox and fillers for over a year and a half now as well as a couple rounds of Ultherapy in the last 8 months to build collagen. While these methods certainly made a world of difference, it only goes so far. 
My skin was just very loose, I decided to take the next step. 
I had discussed it with the amazing aesthetician that does my peels and Ultherapy, Mary Jane. After that I booked a consultation and scheduled the physical and procedure. 
Everything (and it is A LOT!) was explained and laid out to me very clearly. From the pre op procedures to post op all the way until you are healed. Sylvia was my RN that helped me with the prep work. She was always quick to respond to texts (day, night or holiday). Do not expect to just go home and lay in bed for a week and be done with it. You must be diligent in your post op at-home care to ensure the best results possible. This is not to be understated. As my aesthetician said, "prepare to be a slave to your face for the first couple of weeks." She was right. 
I'm 39 years old and avoided surgery up until this point, so needless to say, I was very nervous! But when you are determined to make a difference, you become brave. The helpful staff made me feel very secure in my decision and comfortable for the procedure. 
I went under general anesthesia...I was out in less than a minute and woke up with a new face/neck. The first week was rough and uncomfortable as expected. But once you get to day 4 it gets a lot easier.
If you picked the right surgeon, you'll look fantastic. Do your research. And then research some more. My Doc has been doing this for 30 years and his facility if fully accredited. I did everything, including my procedure, in the same facility. That was a major plus for me. I did not want to go to a hospital. In addition, I had already built a relationship with the staff because of the previous treatments. That really helped build my confidence in the decision. The place is ran like a well oiled machine. I am always impressed when I go to appointments. Hardly a wait, friendly employees, fair and reasonable pricing and great results!
Here is a summary of my recovery:
Week 1 - recovery/on meds (very swollen/bruised/some pain
Week 2 - freak out/nit picky, anxiety, swollen, bruising fading
Week 3 - starting to feel better and excited, brusing gone and swelling at a minimum
Week 4 -"I LOVE MY FACE!!!" Scarring isn't very noticeable, swelling is very minimal
You will go on a bit of an emotional roller coaster during recovery but you'll be pleased in no time! Hang in there.
My advice to those rifling through reviews trying to convince themselves to do this is to just be prepared to put in the effort and time needed for a great recovery. And have a solid support system. You need someone to take care of you and take you to and from appointments the first 72 hours. This is important. Choose a friend with patience. 
My experience was amazing. I highly recommend mini lifts/neck lifts and co2 laser resurfacing.

Before I found it Dr. Schalit I had procedures done to my neck by someone else and those results were horrible I was depressed almost 3 years A friend referred me to him and I am so thankful that I went to the consultation one of the things I appreciated the most was that he actually listened to everything I said all the things that bothered me any understood what I had gone through and that meant a lot I know he had a lot of fixing he needed to do to give me the results I was looking for I had my neck and my Jawline lifted and my eyelids done My results are better then I ever expected my recovery went extremely well my healing went great it is just now a month I included a before and after it is incredible what he did I am so grateful and thankful he literally changed my life I’m so much happierEvery appointment I’ve gone to after the nurses there have been so kind especially Sylvia who Talk to me alot before my surgery too. I Highly recommend this doctor he is a great listener he is compassionate understanding and he knows what he’s doing All those things are hard to find in a good doctor. When I said I didn’t wanna look Done I still want to look like myself just younger that’s exactly what I got and I am so happy I have gotten so many compliments it’s been great

I take care of myself and wanted to look how I feel. I was concerned about having plastic surgery because I did not want to look unnatural. Dr. Schalit recommended an endoscopic brow lift along with a mid face lift. I know I made the right decision in choosing Dr. Schalit! I look like myself but well rested and a little bit younger. I had my lips done for the first time with ultra juvederm & volbella. I thought this was going to be painful but the topical numbing cream worked awesome! I love the results of my lips & wouldn’t want anyone else to do my lips.
