Hello, I have wanted a v-shaped jaw since I was a little girl and am wondering if I can even acheive that. I'm Caucasian with a very thick, flat jaw. My jaw is the image with the face whitened out, the jaw I want is the other image.

You need a full dental and skeletal analysis but with the photos shown you will need a combination of braces and jaw surgery to reposition you chin point from the left towards the midline. If your main concern is the asymmetry of your chin then a repositioning genioplasty can correct this...
Hi,i am almost certain you do not need a lefort 1 procedure or any orthognathic surgery. I would need to see more photos but from the two you sent the only improvement i could recommend (and this is really trying hard to find something to improve) would be to reduce the "black triangle" visible...
I would have the braces done and alignment and decompensation of the teeth, followed by surgery to both upper and lower jaw. The upper jaw will probably require expansion transversely. This can be done at the time of the surgery.
