Jaw Reduction: Is Botox using Neuroxin, safe? (photo)

Hi, I've recently done a jaw reduction treatment in Bangkok, and the aesthetic doctor uses Neuroxin 100 units made in Germany. 3 days after the treatment, I can feel that both sides of my jaw muscle has significantly reduced already. Jawline not significantly reduced yet. However, I have been searching online for the credibility of this product and failed to find any reliable source from and I am getting worried. Please can you give some advice.

Hello and thank you for your question. Unfortunately and in some cases fortunately Botox does not last longer than 6-9 months. The opinion of an Ophthalmologist would be required if symptoms are not improving at all in order to rule out other causes. Stay well, Oxana Popescu MD
