i did alarplasty and ear cartilage on nose tip a few years ago. Now my nose has eczema inside nostril at nose passage there. My doctor (Without knowledge of my nose job) has asked me to put cream (neoderm brand) inside nostril at the eczema area for 1-2 weeks. Is it safe to do so? It is an anti inflammatory anti bacterial anti fungal cream as I see on the package. According to the doctor, it is a steroid and antibiotic cream.
