Pre small C cup I wanted to have 500 cc implants ,under muscle,he did say my left breast was slightly bigger ,Do they settle at different times or are my breast going to be abnormal ?he put 560 cc in my left&585 cc in my right . He is a very experienced highly recommended Plastic surgeon.@my 3 day post op visit he said everything looked good&swelling is what I was noticing , he said I could start wearing other bras so I wore the sports bra, but now I have put back the bra he cut out At surgery.

I would agree with the other answers that you should return to your physician for further evaluation. Absorbing sutures can attempt to extrude through a wound and may be painful. You need to be re-evaluated to make sure nothing else, such as an infection, is present.
