A hard lump on the upper part of the bone in my nose

I am a 56 female had a devated septum surgery 5 years ago and I have noticed this hard a little bigger then pea devolment on the upper inside of my nose.It is on the bone and sore to the touch.

If you want purely airway work don't go to an ENT. If you want cosmetic changes either a plastic surgeon or ENT is fine. Just be sure you go to someone who is highly experienced. Reduction if turbinates with scissors is a perfectly appropriate procedure either way

If your breathing is fine and if you want to fill the indentation above your tip, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for achieving permanent improvement. Surgery may only be required if your breathing is obstructed. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

There are many strategies to straighten a crooked nose. Septoplasty alone will probably not be sufficient and you would need full rhinoplasty. Also bear in mind that straightening a crooked nose is never guaranteed. Although surgeons may claim to know how to do it, you will likely have some...

The septoplasty combined with the turbine Tony are your best options. Your nose is quite crooked and although it can be improved there will likely still be some crookedness. But you should be able to breathe
