Do you think I will be a good candidate for a breast reduction ? I weigh about 154 and I would say I was about a D or DD .. my breast are also causing me to have Back aches and pain due to sagging and also I have an abscess under my left breast ,

Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another.  See the below link on some suggestions on finding the most qualified Plastic Surgeon for a BR Always insist on a board certified plastic surgeon.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get a breast reduction because you have enough tissue to reshape to reduce and lift it. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. For us your safety, always, is going to be first.

Hello and thank you for your excellent question. It sounds as though you may be a great candidate for a breast lift. You will need an in-person consultation to evaluate you for this procedure.  Any treatment plan should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   Preoperative visualization and surgical simulation with the Crisalix system may help with your decision. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation in person with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
