Can I safely go 30DD-DDD to a 30B/small 30D with a breast reduction with stretch marks and areola looking accordingly? (photos)

Appropriate weight, large and low breasts and you're symptomatic of the weight.You can be the size you prefer, and have the asymmetry corrected at the same time. Smaller, lifted and fairly even breasts is a reasonable expectation for you to have. A smaller areola is easy to make at the same time. Your symptoms from the weight of the breasts will disappear.Breast reduction is generally not a difficult operation to get through and recover from.The long term trade offs you make are:1. You have some scars which are permanent,  - regardeless of the type of reduction recommended to you.2. You can lose nipple sensation3. Your probability of breast feeding in the future is much reduced, although not to zero.4. In future pregnancies, your breasts will change and may enlarge again, or even post pregnancy lose volume.In general, women are really pleased with the improved life quality that breast reduction enables. Your photos are very dark on my screen so details are hard to see but in my experience it's possible to achieve what you have outlined by breast reduction surgery.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified.  I've attached a link where you can start your search. 

You look like a good candidate for a breast reduction. Determining specific cup size can be tough as volume removed does not always match up to cup size.

Thank you for the question and pictures.  Based on your description of symptoms   and pictures, you may be an excellent candidate for breast reduction surgery.  
“Typical” patients who present for breast reduction surgery are women who have disproportionately large breasts, causing problems such as neck/back/shoulder discomfort, postural changes, bra strap grooving, skin irritation/rashes under the breasts, and/or difficulty with activities of daily living and/or exercise etc. There may be both physical as well as psychosocial “stress” caused by the disproportionately large breasts.
Other than the presence of symptoms, the “ideal” patient for breast reduction surgery is one who is psycho socially/emotionally/financially stable, has an excellent social support system surrounding him/her, is capable of arranging enough recovery time, does not smoke and who has reached a long-term stable weight.
Reducing breast tissue mass and elevating the breasts on the chest wall tend to improve or alleviate many of the symptoms associated with the disproportionately large breasts.
Patients considering breast reduction surgery should also consider the potential downsides (risks/complications) associated with the procedure as well.. Poor scarring, for example may be associated with the procedure.
When the time is right, I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.  I hope this, and the attached link, helps.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get a breast reduction because you have enough tissue to reshape to reduce and lift it. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. For us your safety, always, is going to be first.

Hello and thank you for your excellent question. You are a great candidate for a breast reduction. This surgery could also address your areolar size and stretch marks. You will need an in-person consultation to evaluate you for this procedure. Preoperative visualization and surgical simulation with the Crisalix system may help with your decision. Any treatment plan should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.    Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. Hello, Thank you for your question.At the young age; before marriage and before the child-birth we generally recommend that the patient undergo liposuction with or without skin lift procedure depending on the amount of sagging. However, a liposuction has its limitation; in that the amount of breast reduction can be a little less and may not reach the standard desired by expectation. Though you may want to consider a formal breast reduction where differential reduction can be done on both of the sides to achieve your desired size. Please know that a formal breast reduction may lead to inability to breast feed in future along with had the least a vertical scar.

It looks as if you really would benefit from a breast reduction. You will not get rid of all of the stretch marks, but the areolas will be smaller, and the shape should improve as well. No one can guarantee any cup size, as there is no industry standard for measuring a cup. You will, however benefit from the decrease in weight on your chest, back, neck and shoulders. You should definitely set up a consultation with a Plastic Surgeon to discuss this.
