I had an extraction with bone graft on my bottom back molar 4 days ago. I was told that granules of bone would push out. However, I have a fairly large piece of bone pushing out on the side of my gums. It almost looks like it's tearinf my gums away from the sutures. It protrudes out far enough to scratch my tongue.
