Bad experience with Veingogh. Why do I have red marks past the 4 - 6 week healing period? Will they ever go away? (Photos)

I really need to know why these Spider Veins have not gone away after two treatments of Veingogh. First treatment was November 27th, 2017. 2nd treatment was February 28th. Everything I’ve read about Veingogh states “Complete results and healing takes 4-6 weeks.” Even the 1st treatment left me with this ugly, horrible red lines past 4-6wks. What do I do?? How do I make this go away? The Dr. keeps stating that the healing looks great, etc. but I feel like something is not right.
