Would Veingogh be a good option for tiny spider veins on the bridge of my nose?

I have lots of *very* tiny spider veins on the bridge of my nose. I've tried 2 laser treatments (Yag & Limelight) done in an office with supposedly experienced practitioners and both treatments made absolutely no difference. I just had a consultation with a doctor at a vein center; he said that he would try the Veingogh on my nose but that he wasn't confident it would work. Isn't this exactly what Veingogh is for, though? Thank you!

Both the Veingogh and laser systems are both adequate for small facial and nasal spider veins.  Sometimes, you need to do several treatments to get rid of them.  If the laser wasn't successful, the veingogh is a good option.  Remember you may need more than one treatment, sometimes perseverance is key.

Yes, it is exactly what VG is for. You should not have any problem treating those veins with Vein Gogh (VG) You can try on 1-2 veins , the result should be immediately visible I have treated at least 1500 noses with VG, successfully in 90% of the time, 10% need more than 1 treatment. The veins can come back, or you may have new ones, due to sun exposure, smoking, or just becaus eof the ageing process.

We have great results with Veingogh and it works amazing on small spider veins on the face and nose.  The good thing is we live in South Florida and patients are often in the sun alot and since this is a radiofrequency device, there is no time that someone has to be out of the sun like with laser.  We have excellent results. If it doesn't work completely the first time, the energy can be turned up and the area retreated but like I said our results are great.

Small veins on the nose usually respond to treatments like VeinGogh and Veinwave. Veinwave was the original RF needle device and VeinGogh was started by a person formerly linked to Veinwave.  They both employ the delivery of electrical energy through a needle. This causes the veins to spasm results in heat damage to the vein with minimal injury to the skin. In my experience with Veinwave, you usually see about a 75% improvement with a single treatment on the face.  If the veins don't respond, either a second treatment or another modality, like IPL may work.  I use the cynosure ICON with a MaxG head for facial veins. The trick is finding the pulse duration that will eliminate the veins without leaving purpura (bruising) on the skin. The smaller the veins, the shorter the pulse duration needs to be, which increases the purpura.  It may be the need for repeated treatments.

Nasal veins are difficult to treat and may require several sessions of treatments.  In general, the smaller the vein the more difficult to treat.  VeinGogh should work on nasal veins.  I use micro needle RF with good success and, if the vein is larger enough to accommodate a needle, I would inject it with sclerotherapy.
