What would cause skin to become stretchy and loose after RF micro?

I’m 52 and had three rounds of microneedling by my doctor. The area of my neck that was treated is now thin and squishy with no elasticity. Under my chin is the same and jiggles. I wanted skin tightening and did not want fat loss. I got a refund but no explanation. It’s been two weeks. My face is also thinner looking. What happened and will it ever improve? If not I will need a neck lift.
