I’d like to get rid of my upper lip wrinkles. I’m in doubts as whether to have INTRAcel on my upper lip (£1,200 for three treatments) or combine Ultracel for the whole of the lower face (£800 for three treatments) and home microneedling. What’s your opinion? Thanks in advance for your replies
Answer: Filler can help hydrate the lip and reduce appearance of lines. For around the mouth, Venus Viva RF can help smooth texture Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

Answer: Upper lip wrinkles Thanks for your question. This problem areas responds well to a combination of Intracel and Fraxel laser. Home micro needling does not get you the same results as intracel is more accurate and combines radiofrequency with the action of needling

Answer: Intracel RF microneedling Intracel microneedling is much more effective than home microneedling. You may need a combination of treatments including injections such as Botox and fillers. Assessment by an experienced cosmetic dermatologist who offers all of these treatments would determine which procedures would be best for you.

For these types of wrinkles, we need to examine you in full to see if they are dynamic, static, or a combination of both. Once examined, Specialist will come up with a treatment either with lasers, micro needing PRP, fillers, or a combination of all three.
